Install Error Message :instalw error 114 on loading Cobol workbench
It's a Y2K thing. The application is Y2K compliant but the install program is not. Supposedly; if you set your system date to 1999, you can install, then reset the system date. This didn't work for me (win98). However, I found the fix for the setup exe on Merant's FTP server...- askrw
