Thanks for answering my post, jpaf! We do not have a Blackberry Enterprise server and no longer use redirector. We use our service provider's server, so I believe the correct answer is BIS. About two or three times a year I receive an old e-mail on my Blackberry. (This has also happened to other people at my company.) I just received an e-mail from 2006. Any thoughts?- Mills70
