    I'm having this same issue with Win XP, and a HP DJ F335. I've cleared the print spooler and uninstalled/reinstalled via CD and still having issues. Has anyone discovered a solution yet? I'm searching the WWW and am starting to lose my eye-sight. [dazed] [ponder]
