    Personalise mail when sending to large group

    I want to sent emails to large groups of people, but when it arrives in their mailbox, I want it to be personalised to them, i.e. Dear Joe.<br> I don't want them to see that it was sent to all the other people also. Can this be done and if so how do I do it?
