MAS90 lookup, data missing

MAS90 lookup, data missing
After one of our server hardrives became disconnected and reconnected. When I do a general lookup in any module I am missing 6 months of data. Yet, when I key in a recent, specific sale order # or po # the data comes up. I've tried the rebuild key/ sort files and the relink option to no avail...- rt65
