Bordering an image
I am in the process of scanning old slides and negatives to TIF files. Unfortunately, I have a number of vertically formatted images. I do not want to lose any detail and render the vertical pictures as 4 x 6 horizontals so the prints will fit into photo albums with standard horizontal 4 x 6...- StillLearning9
