Do not use the record selection formula. Instead, define a formula field which you can use as an indicator to show ('True' or 'False') or ('Pass' or 'Fail') depending on your criteria, i.e. use your formula to determine the value of the field (You can use an If/Then/Else statement).

I verified both the query and report without success. Is there a ceiling on the amount of records that the Crystal SQL designer can process? I ran the same report on another table with the same definition and the report crashed at the same record count as it did the last time - 4,492,648.
I got the captioned error while trying to run a Crystal Report which uses a Crystal SQL Designer Query as its data source. Can anyone help me????
