Do not use the record selection formula. Instead, define a formula field which you can use as an indicator to show ('True' or 'False') or ('Pass' or 'Fail') depending on your criteria, i.e. use your formula to determine the value of the field (You can use an If/Then/Else statement). Crystal SQL Designer - "xBase error: DBFILEPOSITIONERROR"
I verified both the query and report without success. Is there a ceiling on the amount of records that the Crystal SQL designer can process? I ran the same report on another table with the same definition and the report crashed at the same record count as it did the last time - 4,492,648.- CrystalRookie

Crystal SQL Designer - "xBase error: DBFILEPOSITIONERROR"
I got the captioned error while trying to run a Crystal Report which uses a Crystal SQL Designer Query as its data source. Can anyone help me???? Each time the report is run, it crashes at the same point - when there is a record count of 4,492,648.- CrystalRookie
