Aloha Ross,
Deleting the files are only a temporary solution. They still come back randomly.
Strangemadness, thank you. We also had some registry edits to make but you have added a few more. I will try these. Thank you!
An .olk file is the order that is opened by a terminal. They usually delete themseleves, but since updating the BoH to Win7 and updating the terms to the latest embedded we are finding these files are no longer always getting deleted and producing an error on the terms that the table is locked...
This is an error I'm getting in my terminal debout. .olk files are gathering up in the Aloha data folder. This is since updating to a Windows 7 Back office. We have followed the Windows 7 doc. Can any one tell why some terminals are having this problem?
Aloha 6.4.27...
These are kitchen printers, they are Epson 220's. Very random in every way from what I can see. It has been occurring with some frequency at different locations. Enough to want to pull out my hair.
Aloha version 6.4.27. Occurs in the middle of service, usually in the middle of dinner. I have seen it stop only once before. Normally it keeps going causing site to turn off printers. So it may stop prior but hard to tell. End of day corrects it.
Hello forum,
Same ticket prints over and over to all the printers it was sent to. No new orders come in. Deleting print logs does nothing. Restarting printers does nothing. Fixlog does not work. New trans.log has been the only hope...Any thoughts on cause?
