Where is the bar with the "File Edit View "etc. menus???
Thank you! Unfortunately, I just tried it, and Alt-V produces no change at all, just a quiet BEEP as though I'd pressed a wrong key. Alt-F produced the same beep instead of opening a FILE enu. The File, Edit, View etc. menus don't appear at all across the top of the scree, that's the problem...- LittleAcorn

I've installed Paint Shop Pro X on my work system running Windows XP Pro. When I bring up PSP, it opens normally, but there is nothing in the gray bar just below the top blue title bar.
