Iam also facing the same problem of printing crystal reports from ASP without viewing.I tried with the code in this location also http://support.crystaldecisions.com/communityCS/FilesAndUpdates/aspxmps8.exe.asp. It didn't work out.

I suppose u need to create separate database and table objects for the subreport also.Have a separate report object for the subreport also.
