That's a good idea, however I have to add more data to the Database every week, so how do i do it without the deleting previous week data. I update the spreadsheet on a weekly basis.- CherishA

Hi there, I created an Excel spreadsheet that has two tabs in it. One tab is linked to another tab. I want to copy and paste this data to a a new table in Access. When i do Paste Append, i get 0 values. I am guessing it's because i am copying the linked values. Is there a way to Paste Append...- CherishA
