Most of my customers use Cuteftp and some do have problems with Passive connections. Have your customer go to the Advanced tab on the site setup and turn off PASV. Dave Thanks for the reply. I did not add an IP per say, the cable company here (adelphia) was aquired by Comcast and they are changing all the static IP address.
