With the 7937 series phone you do not have the option to tether a laptop into the back of the phone. That is 70% of where our issues are accuring. We are sort of lost on this one since nobody can define what the issue is and Big Brother Cisco is a completely useless on resolving the issue.

What is the recommend number of phones to be deployed at one time? I was told if you deploy more than 200 at one time it can bring down the call manager, is that true? Thanks for any help on this.
