Thank you. Do you know if I will be able to account for every hour within a business day in one report? Or will I have to schedule hour by hour reports for each day seperatley. Can I collect data for specified times? E.G. How many calls came in from 5am-6am, 6am-7am, and so on for each day. Or...
Does anyone know if there is a report in CallCenterWorX that will break down the calls received by the hour? I would like my reports to be as specific as possible while trying to figure out optimal staffing times.
