    Duplicate Values in Index, Primary key or Relationship.

    I am getting the following error, when I try to add an entry in the Query. "Duplicate Values in Index, Primary key or Relationship." I tried finding the duplicate valve but can not see it anywhere in the table. Please, let me know how to fix this. Thanks.
