Font size in reports changes on its own, at times

Thanks Dhookom, this programme runs on my computer alone. I run the reports then email them to the user using the snapshot format. It is an intermitant problem and is quite annoying if I don't check the "snapshot"ed report before I send it.

Font size in reports changes on its own, at times

Thanks Michael, I'm not sure where to put the fit command. I've tried auto resize yes and no and it hasn't done anything.

Font size in reports changes on its own, at times

Thanks for your reponse. When the print looks humongous, it prints humongous. I've checked off the auto resize option to no and it didn't do diddly. Again, thanks.

Font size in reports changes on its own, at times

There seems to be two problems with the font size: 1. When I open a preview of a report on my screen, it sometimes comes up in a humongous font size. If I re-run the preview of the report it usually opens in the proper font size. 2. Even if the font size of the preview of the report on the...

Allocating Costs to the Proper Month

Thanks for your responses, I've been away over the holidays and haven't had a chance to try any of the solutions but hopefully I have clarified my problem below. The accounting periods don't overlap and each year will have a different start date and end date for accounting month. I do have a...

Update a Table from a Form

I've managed to update, via a dlookup formula, [reg cost], which is an unbound control of subform [bid detail entry form] with underlaying table [bid detail table] whose master form is [bid master entry form]. The [bid detail table] contains the control [regular cost] which I wish to update...

Update a Table from a Form

The Dlookup to get the price into the form works but I still can't get it into the table where I need to keep it.

Update a Table from a Form

Thanks Ginger for responding to my dilema. I'm setting up this database for use by sales people and I want to make it simple where they just have to upload their monthly pricing file. I have attached below (hopefully, this is the first time using box.net) a file that includes the table...

Update a Table from a Form

I have a form where I select a product code from a dropdown box and, via a dlookup formula, retrieves the current selling price of that product from a query. I wish to store both of these numbers in the underlaying table. The product code works because you can set that up with the dropdown...
