I just imported my layout, that I created in Photoshop, into Dreamweaver, however when I view my dreamweaver layout in Safari, the layout and pictures are replaced with ? boxes.... Whats the deal??

I'm just getting started importing pictures and creating a grid for my site. I'm pretty new to this and am teaching myself as I go. What pixel size should I start with that is most common and will work the best?
Is it possible to ouline a dotted stroke of an object and retain the dots? Every time I try to outline the stroke the dotted line returns to a solid stroke. I just want to create a dotted boarder. Any help?

I've created a graphic in Photoshop CS2. What do I need to save the graphic as, so that the graphic has been clipped out of the white background once it is placed in Flash??
