    CSS problems in IE 5.5

    IE 5.5 appears to not "read" my stylesheets while 5.0 and 6.0 do. The 5.5 browser is not recognizing descriptor tags (declared font face, size, color) and div tags (positioning, width of a given area) I've written into my stylesheets. Any ideas of what could be the problem?
