    I need to reduce the number of rings.

    I need to reduce the number of rings before it is forwarded to new number. Instead of 8 rings, I would like 3 rings. I know it is a change in the class of service form but unsure if it is the higher the number equals the lower number of rings. I hope this makes sense, running on SX2000 system...
