Thanks, that got me going the right way. On DC1 I copied the folders and files from the "NtFrs_PreExisting___See_EventLog" folder to Sysvol and did an authoritative restore, then did a non-authoritative restore on DC3 and DC4 which completed successfully. Our company has 4 locations with a Win 2003 DC in each site. The FSMO (DC1) had a journal wrap error and the FRS had stopped replicating.
