    Thanks for your input. I have a follow-up question. The AT&T guy recommended Aastra PT-480e, which seems to have many useful functions. But I can't find any info if it would be compatible with AT&T's POTS line. Any idea? Or can I assume that that model would work since it's an analog phone...
