individual call pick-up
Hi, I'm using individual call pick-up I can't pick-up (from another extension) an external call which is ringning on a digital phone (the route's answering position). Is this normal or am I missing something? I press 8 (like 6 in your market) after dialing the ringing extension.- ronaldgetronics
