WIN2K VPN Problem with Cisco VPN 3000

Locked myself out using IIS Lock-down tool
Talk about a dumb move. I downloaded Microsoft's IIS Lock-down tool and used it to lock-down my IIS Server. However I used it in advance mode and disabled everything except ASP files.
