Photoshop Elements won't start!
I spent 45 minutes in the Knowledgebase before I started searching the web for a forum and then joined this one. I typed in a dozen ideas including various versions of what you suggested. Photoshop Elements won't start!
It's very easy to change the preferences. The problem is that I can't get into the program. When I start it, it crashes. I need to get into the program first before I can change the preferences.- Reid07

Photoshop Elements won't start!
Every time I try to start Photoshop Elements, it starts to download a file and then it hangs. I remember I was able to fix this by getting into the program somehow and then checking preferences to have it not check for upgrades. How do I start elements without it doing this?- Reid07
