Thanks for the question. That's what confuses me -I wish I knew :) there is no such a path to 'charsets' directory under my Windows... (the actual path is c:\inetpub\wwwroot\mysql\share\charsets); Of course I didn't declare any file name with a question mark. The question mark just appears... -
