We are continuing to have problems with calls being unable to be played/recorded. Everytime we open a ticket, they fix the problem, but another issue occurs. Witness Consultant
We installed Witness QM 7.6 several months ago and have been plagued with issues ever since. We have not been able to resolve the issues with Witness/Vernit help and we are limited on our internal resources. Can anyone recommend a consultant who has expereince working with Witness applications?- debbiejay
