I have taken the 99s out of the appearance and removed her from certain hunt groups. This seems to have cleared up the problem.

Yes, the 5410 phone functions just fine just does not ring.
I have swapped this 5410 out with another and it bahaves the same way.
*36 logs the user out like normal and the phone still does not ring with no user logged in.

Also, all functions of the phone are normal, it just makes not audio notification of incomming calls or transferred calls.
