I have been informed by our service provider that Call Pilot 2.0 support will be discontinued and I have until Oct 24, 2007 to order an upgrade to SRS Release 4.5.
Can anyone tell me when Nortel made this announcement? I have been unsuccessful in finding any product lifecycle information on this.
