I have one Partner 34D phone line that has an intermittent problem. Once in a while when I pick up to make a call I get an active line and hear someone elses conversation rather than getting the next available free line. Any ideas on what could be at fault. Thanks.
Just installed Partner Messagind 7.0. Phone users here do no like entering 4 or 6 digit passwords to get to their voice mail. THis is a small company and security is not an issue. Is there a way to disable or shorten passwords on user VMs?
I have just tried to install a Partener Messaging 7.0 into a Partner ACS 6.0 to replace an older but still working Mail VS 4.0. Installed it in slot 4 of a 5 slot. VMS hunt group 7 is set to extensions 36 - 39. The VM will not answer incoming calls, I just get "You're call is being transferred"...
