thanks for the info stbill. i checked and it is set to 2 decimal places but the numbers still come up rounded without any decimal places at all. any ideas?- kefz

Hi, I am experiencing the same rounding problem. I have just installed Peachtree and set up my company. When I looked up the rounding settings, it says Manual, so I do not understand why the numbers i enter into my chart of accounts still get rounded to the nearest whole number. Any help would...- kefz
