hello was able to get sip trunks working outed pri and put back in matching Telco the problem now is night fwd button on console when activated gives a busy signal or reorder tone but when forward same acd # from analog dcfw goes out no problem any suggestions
hello im working on an opt 11 c telco provider changed to sip trunks i cant get calls in or make calls out on pri ive brought down dch ld then disl loop then reeabled the loop shows idle on 23 channels and the d-channel is established

hello im using some old stock equipment norstar cics and star talk flash both came up and i can access vm port by dialing ext,the system answers with mail number #, the issue is i can't access programming of mail i've tried f-980 to f-989 and f-910 to F-919 all say inactive feature,any help...

Is there any way to set up thru dial (in a Nortel Call Pilot) to a paging access code?
The page port is a trunk, so if a user dials 0 - page access code - #, they just get ringing, then a message that "the call cannot be completed at this time, contact your system administrator".

Thanks, I'll look into it. We normally use LC-WIN but are having a UNIX problem at this time, so that was a no-go.
That's why we were having to do a direct connect to the PBX.
Actually type in dis-scsu at the < prompt and the curser moves to in front. We have tried other commands also, but no response comes up. Verified the keyboard is tvi910 also.
We are connecting using Procomm with tvi910. We get the line of ###### when we connect, use CTRL T and the > comes up. We type is dis-shsu and press return. The curser moves to in front of the > prompt and blinks. Nothing else happens
