My bad it looks like forwarding was turned on at the extension. Like I said newbie to the phone system not much documentation, hopefully my next post will be a real problem
Thanks for your response I have dug a little deeper and found out that when anyone inside our outside dials his number it will ring once at his desk stop then ring three times at the Receptionists desk then go to voice mail.
I am new to managing any kind of phone system. So I have downloaded WinSPM and AVAYA messaging administrator and right now when our Operator receives a call and transfers it to the extension it all goes the way it is suppose to except one extension will ring back at her station three times...
