Need Transfer Report by Skillset
Do you know what fields I would select to create a transfer report by skillset? Right now, I can run a report of outgoing and incoming internal transfers by agent, but I need a report that will show me the incoming and outcoming internal transfersby skillset. Any advice??- sd619
