    New IIS install on XP Pro Dev Machine - Auth Required Msg

    I installed IIS on XP development machine. After typing in http://localhost I receive message box saying Authorization Required and asks for User ID and Password. Did same install on a different machine and it work fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chris
