Is there a reason you don't want to use both connections simultaneously. Typically when there are multiple isp connections to a network each will have shorter paths to certain Internet networks, which translate to faster response times, and a better Internet experience. Steve, Are using a layer 3 VLAN interface? Such as "interface vlan 127"? Is the vlan enabled? Also, check to be sure the port you're connected to on the switch is enabled, and configured to be in vlan 127.
