Call Type 14 w/ Disp 6
Question - in what situation would our mulit-site NIQ call center have a Call_type of 14, with a Disposition of 6. When looking at the track number, it seems that the resulting call record is a Call_type 15, with a disposition of 4 or 5. What is odd about this is that when looking at Call_type...- callcounter
