unkown role

in the pbx print the TNs for the phone numbers. in otm find the tn without the z change sync to new then hit delete key to out. now remember the dbase is messed up so it may take a few tries go to one of the TNs with the z try the one z first. highlight and do a restore this should change the...- qsp
