Hi,
I am using Adobe Illustrator CS3 and i am trying to take an outline of and image and adjust the line thickness at certain parts of the line. When i try and adjust the stroke at a certain part it adjusts the stroke for the entire outline.
Ex. At the top of the line the stroke thinner, and...
you could probably use the opacity percentage for that. If you have a layer palette, somewhere on there you should be able to adjust the visibility in that specific layer.
i need to seperate the 3 layers i have there so it can be sceen printed. they are always telling me to save my file in a EPS format.... what does that do? i may just have to re-do the design, creating the backround seperate from the rest of the design.
I need to create layers for one of my designs, is there an easier way than just re-creating the backround? thanks!

PSP XI and Vista, i am trying to download a font from DaFont.com, and i open them in win rar. i try to drag them into the appearance section but it doesn't work. I also cannot open it in PSP, it says " this specified file cannot be identified as a support type".
I am using PSP XI, and in order for me to print a design it needs to be saved as the format Freehand version 8 or illustrator. I did not see these formats, is there anyway i can dowload them? it is crucial! thanks!
