    Hi All, How do I print PDF files from the Solaris command line? I have acroread and ghostscript installed. I get garbage characters when I print using the 'lp' command. I don't want to print as postscript as we need to print this out to a dot matrix printer. Thanks in advance. roy

    Raid Manager cannot detect new A1000

    Hi, It's working now. Somehow I had to use the /reconfigure trick to have it recognize /pseudo. "boot -r" wasn't able to find the /pseudo. Raid Manager now recognizes it and am now able to configure it. Many thanks for the help. Roy

    We are running MQSeries v5.2 using AMI. We are encountering insufficient memory error during the publish of 100Mb data. The RS6000 machine has 4Gb physical memory and no other processes are running. How can we resolve this? Thanks. Roy

    hi, yes, there are more than 2048 files in the directory. But we never encountered this error with Solaris or HP-UX. Is there a solution for this in AIX? We're on AIX4.3.3. many thanks.
