you can set up a COR and restrict calls from coming in and or going out
Page 1 of the cor form "calling party restriction" to outward and "called party restriction" to inward. Hope this helps

I have errors on CMS that crashed the server three days in a row. Sunday and this morning all was fine. Could it be too much data and the fact that the report is running right around the time that managers are logging in for the morning shift?
No, per button ring is set to no. I really think it may be the PC settings, but when the agent is not logged in, the phone rings phone on the station. As soon as she logs in, the one ring starts. I have checked the station form and the agent form against one that works and there are not...
I was able to resove the VAL board issue by going into Voice Announcement Manager and cleaning up all the old announcements that had been removed from the switch, but not here.
