    Is there a way to learn the identity of an IP address?

    I am the webmaster for a non-profit organization and I have a tracker on my webpage that provides a variety of statisitics about the visitors to the site. This info includes the IP address and provider of the visitor. Is there a way to discover the identity of the visitor from their IP address?
