User Permissions on CMS
Hi, Is there a way of editing the user permissions that are enabled under the feature Access for Agent Admin. Ideally I'd like to edit the Agent Admin so that users have read and write access to Change Agent skills, but dont have access to Activate Agent Trace. Is this possible by logging in...- NThomas

CMS REMOVAL OF AGENTS IN DICTIONARY
Hi, Just a quick question...does anyone know of a quick way to remove 700 agent logins from the dictionary on CMS? They are all numerical in ascending order and within a range.. Thanks in advance, Natalie- NThomas

setting up a vpn is dead simple using products like watchguard or sonicwall i would suggest using the soho's. for a small wan such as yours.
