    Crystal XI Install problem - Bad Java install keeps repeating!

    I'm going to assume by now that you figured out to uninstall and then re-install Crystal. I had that same problem and it almost drove me crazy. I came upon the 'solution' through sheer frustration (and a little bit of 'a reboot always fixes the problem'). Karen
