Try and give the 2 lans different network addresses, your current configuration has both networks using the same address 192.168.0.x. Try changing one LAN network address to 192.168.1.x.

You have been blacklisted. This usually happens because you are an open relay. Close down the open relay and visit the site that has you on their blacklist, to see what you have to do to get your IP address/domain name removed from the blacklist. Regards Seggsy
