    I forgot to mention that I fully uninstalled McAfee and then reinstalled a fresh version with the sdat4157 and I am still getting no errors.

    Phénix's solution worked for me. I've installed the sdat4157.exe and did a restart and no errors. I am using Virus Scan 4.03 with the virus data file number of 4157 which is the latest DAT file, so now after a month I'm finally current.
