Barbola, I am surprised nobody replied to you yet. I am not an expert, but that is my understanding of how finance charges work for most companies. Finance charges only apply to open balances on the date that you calculate charges. Since the invoice was paid prior to running the finance...

Can you help me understand why you would have an invoice in your bank rec? Do your invoices post directly to the bank and not to receivables? Did you check to make sure that there were no problems with the invoice itself? Is it "hanging" out there waiting to be fixed?

Help please. We thought we had this fixed this morning, but NOT. The file is growing exponentially - seeming to grow freely whenever we open space on the drive as we attempt short term fixes till we figure out how to solve the problem. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Is it a bug...

FYI - in case anyone else runs into this problem. Our network person found that it was a replication problem between our "hard copy" and "memory" versions of the log file. She then did a dump of the memory in Sequel and the problem is fixed.

Hi. We are a small company. We have phone extensions, but we just use our phone number (sans extensions) on statements, etc. Right now our statement and invoices print with the company phone number followed by "Ext. 0000". Does anybody know how to remove the extension from the phone number...

Hi. When I pull up an inquiry for customer or vendor activity, the default order in which the transactions appear is by document number. We like to view the docuemnts in date order, so we always have to choose that option and redisplay. Is there anyway to change the default order/sort for...
