HP Fax software problem
Thanks for the help. I did go to hp.com and download the driver removal utility.Then I downloaded the drivers and software from there site. I removed the old stuff, rebooted, then install the new stuff and it seems to be responding fine. Thanks for the time Bruce- BMyers50

HP Fax software problem
I beg to differ, when you install the software that came with HP It puts a printer/fax tool program to work in conjunction with the printer/fax. When you insert a piece of paper into the copy port of the printer/fax it activates the software on the pc. That software in turn lets you fax, copy...- BMyers50

At my wits end with hp software. Even though the software is bloated, some of it is good. Having a problem on a dell running XP Home.
