I need to get a list of all the tables within a DBase Database, in mysql I can parse a command, in oracle there is a table which stores all the tables. How can I do it in DBase?

I've been issued with the task of integrating Microsoft CRM 3.0 with our accounting software. before I gte that far I have no previous experiance in CRM. Anyone know of any simple guides to get the ball rolling? I have the SDK installed as well.
