Help!
I am not the regular IT person that deals with the servers, he is on vacation. We use ARCserve for our back up. right now i cannot get back up to run or even see our tape drive. I have tried re-booting the server and the tape drive with no luck. Anyone have advice for me? We haven't backed up...- KrissiKat
