I have a customer with an S8300, with a PRI, and the carrier is telling the customer that caller ID with Name is turned on at the CO for them. However, when someone calls them, only the number shows up. Does anyone know what I need to do in Communication Manager to program for this...
Yes, I have the same problem. The PRI is insisting they are sending it and have Send Name stroked to Y in the trunk group. Actually, I have never seen a name accross our PRI on inbound cals.
